Ben is originally from Minnesota, has been a PGA member since 2010, and has been with Troon Golf since 2008. He played Division 2 golf at Minnesota State University-Mankato and obviously wishes he knew then what he knows now. Instructionally speaking, he is constantly learning in order to explain the game very simply. He believes that players need to understand how the golf club works and how their setup will affect their unique golf swing. Also, students should understand their finish position, as it provides evidence of their golf swing and ball flight. Ben enjoys using Ak-Chin Southern Dunes’ new #miniDunes course, especially having fun with beginners and juniors.
